Hernando County natives, brothers Sean and Seton Hengesbach are dedicated to their clients and to their community.
After working with large firms in southern Florida, the Hengesbach brothers made the decision to return home and practice law in their home community. Today, they are proud to serve the community where they were raised.
Tracing its roots to the early 1960s, Hengesbach & Hengesbach continues a tradition of providing quality legal services to clients in Hernando and Pasco counties. Our firm owes its genesis to the law offices of Delzer & Coulter, an AV rated law firm with deep roots in our community. In 2004, Sean joined the firm creating the law offices of Delzer, Coulter, Hengesbach & Bell.
In 2009, Sean took over the Spring Hill operations of Delzer, Coulter, Hengesbach & Bell forming the Law Offices of Sean E. Hengesbach, P.A. Shortly thereafter, Sean was joined by his brother, Seton, and Hengesbach & Hengesbach was formed. Proud of their heritage, Hengesbach & Hengesbach continues a legacy of legal service to the community.
It’s not enough to simply hear what our clients are saying. We listen intently to the issues that matter most to you. We always present an honest legal assessment and provide you with a clear understanding of your unique legal matter.
With offices in Spring Hill and Port Richey, we are able to serve clients in the Spring Hill, Brooksville, New Port Richey and Hudson areas of Hernando, Pasco, and Citrus counties. In certain cases, we are able to extend our representation across the state of Florida.
